Who we are

PickEasy is the trading name of Savretail Ltd, First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at support@pickeasy.co.uk.

What we collect

When you shop with us we collect your name, email address, phone number (including your WhatsApp number) and delivery address. We also keep your order history, the messages and photos you send to our support team, and the messages you send to our AI chat assistant.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to answer your questions and support requests, and to send you order emails such as confirmations, updates and delivery notifications. We only use your information for these purposes.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: Stripe (to take and process payments), our delivery couriers (to deliver your order), Brevo (to send order and support emails), Base44 (the platform that hosts and runs this website), the third-party AI provider that powers our chat assistant (to answer your chat messages), Microsoft Clarity (website analytics and session recordings, only if you accept analytics cookies), Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them; we receive your name and email), and Wix (which we use to manage our product catalogue and orders from our older mobile app). We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential storage on your device to keep you signed in and to remember your basket and your settings. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) are only used if you accept them, and you can change this at any time in Account → Settings → Privacy.

Card details

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their secure payment page.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Your account details, saved addresses and support conversations are deleted when you delete your account, except where we must keep order records for accounting.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. Sign in, open Account → Settings and tap Delete account. If you cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete it for you using our account deletion page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your information deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive your information in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email support@pickeasy.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
