How to Qualify for Free Delivery
Add products to your cart until your subtotal reaches £40 for free Mainland UK delivery.
The free delivery progress bar in your cart shows how much more you need to spend.
Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal meets the threshold.
Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland have reduced fees over £40, not free delivery. Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland have a flat fee.
Additional Charges
Packaging Fee
A flat £0.99 packaging fee applies to every order, covering insulated and chilled packaging to keep your items fresh in transit.
Frozen Item Fee
Orders containing any frozen or chilled items include a one-off £1.99 frozen item fee. Items are packed using temperature-controlled insulated bags.
Max Order Weight
The maximum order weight is 29kg. Orders over 29kg will incur an additional overweight charge of £5.99 for Mainland UK, or £15.99 for all other destinations.
Weekend Delivery Fee
A £7.99 weekend delivery fee applies to orders with a Saturday or Sunday delivery date.
Order Cut-off
Order before 12am midnight for next working day dispatch. Delivery follows the next day for UK Mainland.
