Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PickEasy, we strive to deliver your favorite South Indian groceries, including fresh produce, packed food, and frozen items, to your doorstep efficiently and safely.

Delivery Details:

  • Nationwide Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same day and dispatched using our delivery partners DPD for next-day delivery (except weekends).

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery.

  • Frozen Product Packaging Fee: A £2.49 packaging fee applies to frozen items to ensure quality and freshness.

    • Saturday/Sunday Delivery: Available at an additional charge of £5.99.

  • Ireland & UK Offshore Delivery:

    • Deliveries to Ireland, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man take 2 - 3 working days, and shipping costs are based on weight.

    • Orders exceeding 30kg may incur extra charges.

  • Order Weight Considerations: Orders above 30kg may have additional shipping charges based on the excess weight.

Important Notes:

  • Weekend Deliveries: If selected during checkout, ensure that the applicable charges are paid to confirm delivery. If not paid, the order will be rescheduled for the next available weekday.

  • Delivery Date Changes: Modifications after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.

Return & Refund Policy

At PickEasy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100% Buyer Protection Program, ensuring easy returns for eligible items.

Returns Eligibility & Process:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Return Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us at office@pickeasy.co.uk with images of the damaged/defective products.

    • Mention your order number in the email.

    • Alternatively, log in to your PickEasy account and request a return.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

  • Frozen Products: Due to food safety reasons, frozen products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Fresh Fruits & Vegetables: We do not accept returns for fresh produce unless delivered in a damaged condition.

  • Gift Vouchers & Beauty Products: These items are non-refundable.

  • Electric Appliances (Mixers & Grinders): No manufacturer warranty is provided as these are Indian brand products. However, if the product is defective upon arrival, we will replace it if notified within 14 days.

Refund Deductions & Exceptions:

  • If an order qualified for free delivery, the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Uncollected Packages: If returned to us, especially if they contain perishable goods (fresh fruits/vegetables), the refund will be issued only after inspection, and any damages to other products due to perishables will not be refunded.

  • Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive an item by mistake, please notify us within 2 days so we can arrange a collection.
